Digital Demand Development Manager (Project Management)
Deliver measurable and significant revenue growth from digital demand while increasing pipeline velocity, by providing operations management of lead qualification functions. Contributes to strategic, tactical and operational planning for the demand center. Work closely with extended sales resources, including, but not limited to Inside Sales Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, (Inside) Partner Business Manager, Geo Field Marketing managers, etc. in order to plan & execute cohesive 90-day plans which increase velocity and winrate from inbound digital marketing leads meeting quarterly targets.
The team's role is to identify and develop new opportunities and accelerate pipeline to increase sales. Each DDR must be able to articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users, have knowledge of price, and where applicable, close themselves. The DDR drives demand for products and solutions in a variety of ways, including further validating responses that have been generated by marketing and scored for readiness; managing and validating inbound inquiries; digital prospecting developed around analytical modeling; and inbound hand raisers via blogs, social listening, and reps pages. Qualify prospects based on established BANT criteria prior to passing validated lead to appropriate Sales route.
Manages, a worldwide team of Digital Development Representatives covering all tier 1 and 2 geo's. Digital Development Rep's are fundamental in growing net new & existing customer opportunities for the company. The DDR fills the pipeline for the Internal & Channel sales reps with warm, digital leads from our digital platforms. The DDR feeds opportunities to the top of the sales funnel. Once the DDR has qualified the digital lead they will assign via an expedited process allowing faster turnaround time resulting in more revenue for HPE. The team is actively and frequently customer facing, identifying prospects, providing solution or value proposition to customers, qualifying opportunities, and selling to SMB directly.
