Director, Hilton Supply Management (HSM) Business Performance (Finance)




***This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA***

This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement add value to the hospitality industry, with 6 billion dollars of spend influence, over 2000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals. As the Director, Procurement Incentive Management, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Insights, you will work on projects including supporting revenue forecasting and lead company revenue growth by enhancing capabilities in deal analysis.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set business targets and multi-year revenue growth strategies, ensuring joint accountability for their achievement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end revenue management process, including spend data receipt, revenue calculation, supplier invoicing, revenue tracking, and revenue collection.
  • Lead spend data quality validation and continuously improve process to increase accuracy and efficiency

How you will collaborate with others:
  • Lead data analysts and data stewards in conducting data validations, ensuring data is complete and accurate, and addressing data gaps.
  • Conceptualize and articulate solutions to process gaps and issues as they arise and gain consensus on a path forward.
  • Collaborate with Master Data Management and Strategy & Insights teams to process product, spend, and revenue data through the Incentive Management Platform

What projects you will take ownership of:
  • Oversee the HSM Incentive Management platform and process, which includes spend data quality management, revenue calculations, revenue tracking, revenue auditing, and revenue reporting.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience in business analytics, auditing, and revenue Management.
  • Three (3) years of experience supporting a finance, revenue, or incentive management function.
  • Two (2) years of experience independently leading projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of supplier contracts, revenue forecasting, and AI solutions.

It would be useful if you have:
  • Experience with strategy or management consulting
  • Strong background in business statistics and regression analysis
  • Experience advising on commercial terms during negotiations.
  • Business Analytics Certification
  • Project Management Certification
  • Hospitality Industry Experience
  • Supply Chain Management knowledge
