Hazardous Materials Data Specialist (Finance)
USC's Office of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) provides a safe and environmentally healthy workplace for students, employees, and the surrounding community. As part of our EH&S team, our Hazardous Materials Division recognizes that as a responsible business and community leader, it is USC's duty to protect the ecosystem through environmentally sound policies and programs.
Our Hazardous Materials division is currently looking for a Hazardous Materials Data Specialist that will be responsible for providing regulatory compliance support to develop California Environmental Reporting (CERS) documents and site plans for required annual submittals identified in Assembly Bill 2286. This role will also be expected to conduct field/site audits validating
chemical inventory, building/lab spaces, and requirements under 40 CFR 280 & 281.

Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience:
2 years
Minimum Field of Expertise:
Directly related project or administrative experience.
