YOUR ROLE
- Formulate annual and long-term vision for company and its brands. Communicate vision to and align with team and key functional leaders.
- Achieve sales targets by leading team to create and execute impactful marketing programs and maximize resources (financial, brand, people).
- Deliver divisional profit target by maximizing resources, contingency planning, establishing cost reduction programs, and monitoring and changing budgets throughout the year as needed.
- Lead team to develop compelling new products in current and new categories based on consumer and customer insights. Consistently explore new business opportunities within and outside of current distribution channels and pursue those that will provide sales and profit growth.
- Oversee development of full 360° marketing campaigns in the US to launch new products and grow/maintain existing product business. Ensure robust programming on highest ROI platforms, including digital, social, print, TV and IRL
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors or MBA
- Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience
- Relevant experience across Beauty categories is an advantage
- Excellent thought leader with exceptional analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence, and build relationships
