Administrative Assistant II (573) (Project Management)
The Administrative Specialist II will support and assist the CIT team in service delivery and communications, maintain consumer charts in medical records, file documentation, assist with outcomes report completion, and complete the Medi-Cal billing in the AVATAR system. • Complete monthly required Medi-Cal billing, data entry and accounts payable. • Complete outcome and other reports as needed and requested by CIT Program Manager. • Maintain an organized office and filing system where data can be stored and easily found. • Create templates, bar graphs and forms used for collecting data. • Maintain consumer records in medical records room with the utmost confidentiality. • Learn the AVATAR system for billing purposes.
• Support and assist the CIT Program Manager and team members in service delivery and communications.
