Customer Service Representative (Administrative)
The Customer Service Representative is an individual who has proven experience selling products or services related to training, or professional development via the phone. This sales professional will have demonstrated success in the pursuit and closing of mid-range transactional sales in the Federal Government and Commercial Sector. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, positive person with strong consultative sales skills, who will register students in publically-offered, Open Enrollment Training Classes. The Inbound Telesales/ Customer Service Representative will sell a wide range of classroom-based and online courses. This sales professional will be comfortable with a role that requires flexibility, creativity and change – but that also requires careful assessment and documentation of ‘what works' – and a willingness to repeat and hone these best practices with consistency and attention to detail. This is an exciting role with opportunity for growth long term at Management Concepts. This position will work closely with internal staff within the Open Enrollment and On-Site Sales organization as well as with the Fulfillment and Billings & Collections Teams.
