Essential Functions
Provide support to the Inside Sales team by assisting in all areas of the order placing process
Manage correspondence while maintaining an outstanding rapport with clients
Properly organize and file completed orders
Forward samples, arranging shipment and updating client base
Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
Prepares sales campaign information and documentation
Acts as a liaison between the Account Manager and our customer base
Ideal candidates will also exhibit the following
Have excellent attention to detail and is organized
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one year in a customer service or sales support role
Strong computer and, in particular, excel skills
