Summary: For the 2nd shift, the fleet maintenance supervisor is responsible for managing and directing the day to day needs of the service technicians and wash bay staff. Primarily responsible is to manage and coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate all bus repair and preventative maintenance activities. Secondary responsibility is to provide oversight to the wash bay staff ensuring vehicle readiness and quality wash bay services.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly manages service technicians for assigned area of responsibility. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Provide recommendations to training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Degree in mechanics/related field from a college or technical school and three to five years of relevant experience, two of which must involve supervision or high school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
