SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to provide JT&E test planning support for a 2 year JT. The Joint Integrated Fire Control – Directed Energy for Air Defense (JIFC-DAD) JT will address the concepts of employment (CONEMP) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by joint forces to integrate directed energy weapons into the Area Air Defense Plan.
ANSER is seeking qualified candidates with the expertise, experience, and background necessary to complete a detailed project master plan and carry out a joint test.
Test Planning Personnel will:
Identify, prioritize, and validate operational test issues
Identify appropriate/rigorous test methods/venues
Coordinate with other Services and/or CCMDs to obtain personnel support, test equipment requirements, threat systems, test and training range schedules, and on-site instrumentation
Support development and revision of test products in coordination with subject matter experts
Ensure that each test article has appropriate test measures and related data elements
Identify and understand the implications of potential test results on applicable doctrinal publications
Develop justification and supporting documentation for ultimate fielding and implementation of the test products
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Successful candidates will provide support in development of CONEMP and TTP for the JIFC-DAD JT by applying expertise in one or more of these subjects:
Test planning and execution
Directed energy weapons system program experience (e.g. high energy laser)
Army, USMC, Navy Air and Missile Defense
USAF Air Defense operations
EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Current Top Secret security clearance, or expiration of clearance within the past 2 years
A bachelor's degree and at least two years of operational test experience
Experienced leader with exceptional organizational skills
Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence.Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and Joint Staff
Location: Nellis AFB, NV
