Position Summary
As Business Performance Business Analyst II, you are responsible for developing the models, process, and tools necessary to prioritize, monitor and report on Crown Castle performance programs aimed at improving governance and decision making. In this role you will partner with leaders from across Crown Castle to develop analytical governance and strategy, capture all necessary inputs and build process/tools used to advance strategic programs. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to establish standard operating procedures (SOP) with the goal of educating key stakeholders on how to properly use your models, process, and tools to effectively execute to strategy.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that requires up to 25% travel.
Additional Information: Crown Castle is a federal contractor and the COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment by your start date to comply with Executive Order 14042.
