PGIM Fixed Income Global Trade Services (GTS) is responsible for providing first class operational support to the PGIM Fixed Income business. The PGIM FI GTS Solutions team is responsible for managing and executing strategic technology and process reengineering efforts in partnership with various teams across PGIM FI Operations.
Your Impact:
The Project Manager position in PGIM FI GTS Solutions is primarily responsible for analyzing business processes and practices. The size and scope of these projects may vary from small, tactical requests to large, strategic implementations. Based on these findings, the business analyst will be responsible for identifying, recommending, and developing improvement and enhancement solutions to help streamline existing processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and create additional capacity. In this role, the business analyst will support a variety of initiatives with an emphasis on understanding the project requirements and ensuring those requirements are translated into the appropriate functional deliverables. The individual will be expected to utilize knowledge and expertise of internal and external technology to accomplish these goals. In this role, the business analyst will also be expected to partner with technology vendor representatives to continually assess opportunities for improvement and vet new application features which may be suitable for our evolving business needs.
