Job Title: Assistant Service Manager/Customer Care
Reports to: Sr. Service Manager/Customer Care

The Role
Deckers is adding an Assistant Service Manager of Customer Care to support our growing customer care center. In this role, you will be a crucial driver in leading a diverse, customer focused team. You will help organize and lead the customer care call center department. This includes guiding our Team Leads to reach goals of premium and individualized experiences for our representatives and our customers; owning the culture, engagement and success of the department. You will also work closely with our staffing agency to ensure all representatives are led and developed to effectively support the business. The ideal candidate will have progressive contact center and customer service experience, with proven ability to manage and lead a group of leaders. You use data to inform your decision making and you thrive in an environment where change is embraced.
