SourceAmerica is looking for a talented Senior Subject Matter Expert, Regulatory, Oversight, and Monitoring – Regulatory Assistance and Training to join its Vienna, VA-based team.

Position Summary
The position provides assistance and training to member agencies on regulatory and compliance topics related to the AbilityOne Program. The position is responsible for ensuring the consistency and accuracy of SourceAmerica's messaging to the member NPA community on regulatory and compliance related topics. This position reports to the Sr. Director, ROM. The position manages a variety of essential services and serves subject matter expert and resource on existing and emerging federal laws, rules, statutes, and regulations on topics such as employment, labor, and AbilityOne Program requirements.

Vaccination Requirement
SourceAmerica requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, unless an exemption permitted by applicable federal, state, or local law is approved. An individual is considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks after they have received the second dose in a two-dose series, or two weeks after they have received a single-dose vaccine.
