Parts Counter (Maintenance)

Fred Beans Family of Dealerships is currently looking for a Parts CounterSpecialist for the Bucks County Area!
The Parts CounterSpecialist will assist internal customers and Technicians with parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained the first time.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely mannerMirror matches parts for the assistance of TechniciansCosts parts on invoiceCoordinates with Technicians of Collision Center, and others to ensure that parts requests are metStocks incoming product and tracks inventory
