Technical Account Representative sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to current and potential customers. A Technical Account Representative utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOMS). Partners with internal teams to offer suggestions for service or product enhancements and to share insights with customers.
