Residential Sales Representative (Sales)
Hall's Culligan of Lompoc is hiring experienced Residential Sales Professionals to join our team! Our family of companies employs more than 900 people across 10 states in over 45 locations.
Culligan is the industry leader in residential water treatment solutions. As a Residential Sales Professional, you will use your hunter mentality to develop leads in your territory. Hall's Culligan will train you to become an expert in water treatment analysis so that you can offer in-home solutions to your customers. The average salary for this position is $80K - $100K+ depending on the performance of each individual salesperson. It is a 100% commission based structure, with an unlimited earnings cap. There is also training pay provided for the first 90 days.
