Account Manager (Marketing)
The Account Manager services individual client accounts from start to finish on all aspects of the client's participation. The majority of the Account Manager's specific role begins once the contract is signed, and the sale is complete. They will focus on quality customer service, project managing the fulfillment of purchased assets, upselling the client on additional promotional assets, and serving as their primary point of contact at SXSW. This role is charged with providing the best possible user experience for the client to increase retention rates and individual client spends year over year. In addition, they will streamline and increase efficiencies with internal communication, all leading to higher revenue for the Sales Group and SXSW.

Qualifications & Skills
Frequently required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without accommodation. Manual dexterity is required for keyboard, computer and office equipment use.
Work Location & Schedule
Position is located in Austin, Texas. Core business office hours are Mon-Fri, 10am – 6pm. Team members are expected to be in office at least three days per week, may work remote the other two days. Must be available to work additional hours from January – March to include evenings and weekends.
