Marketing Operations Manager (Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce marketing reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness and business impact of marketing initiatives, including MQL/SQL, contribution to pipeline, and funnel and campaign performance.
• Manage the full automation process of developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring marketing activities from the Pardot platform including email, nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, list uploads and lead scoring.
• Monitor leads and opportunities to ensure that the entire lead-to-closed won process is allowing leads and opportunities to go through the appropriate stages. Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure compliance with key Sales & Marketing Processes including lead, pipeline, and customer data management.
• Improve Salesforce user experience through the creation and configuration of custom reports, dashboards, page layouts, custom fields, custom objects, record types, fields, triggers, and validation rules.
• Grow, clean, and segment the database to maximize campaign performance. Manage list pulls, data enrichment and list sourcing. Monitor and report on database health.
• Manage and drive enhancements to our marketing technology stack and integration with Salesforce, Pardot and other systems as needed.
Position Requirements:
Position Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.
• 3+ years of marketing automation experience, Pardot experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams to build automated lead flow and lead management processes including lead nurturing, reporting, and lead routing
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple technical projects simultaneously leveraging internal and external resources
• Superior analytical skills and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage campaign performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize existing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent, proven communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills; strong presentation skills with ability to articulate concepts and influence decision-making.
