Service Coordinator (Personal Services)



SSC Signs & Lighting, LLC, a national leader in sign and design, fabrication, and installation, is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in DFW, Texas.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance requests for signage projects.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal service technicians.Manage service orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.Allocate resources and dispatch service teams based on project requirements and technician availability.Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and client communication.Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics, parts procurement, and scheduling.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service level agreements.Assist in preparing service quotations, proposals, and project documentation as needed.Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of service coordination best practices.
