Summary:
The Work Control Manager is responsible for overseeing Customer Action Center (CAC) functions. Major functions managed include: Work Reception, Preventative Maintenance (PM) Desk, and Status Desk. The Work Control Manager ensures completed work orders are closed out in a timely manner in MAXIMO.
