YOUR ROLE
- Develop a state of the art B2B eShop in collaboration with the Professional global team in Germany and in alignment with needs of the US Hair Professional brands. Likely include B2C as second phase after successful launch of B2B version.
- Build & develop team to support B2B eShop within the region.
- Develop and manage budget for eShop.
- Set up and optimize processes in collaboration with the brands for eShop management, share learning with global.
- Partner with brands on cross-regional digital projects and events.
- Advice, consult, be sparing partner for the different digital marketing leaders within the brands and General Managers.
- Drive process improvement and best practice development & sharing; champion digital transformation.
YOUR SKILLS
- BA/BS required – Media, Communication, Digital, MS/MA preferred
- 7-10 years of project management experience with digital / social media communications channels and companies.
- 5-7 years of digital experience •
- Experience with social media, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, eCommerce, mobile, & web analytics
- High degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated digital marketing
- Deep understanding of digital media, data analytics, social media platforms
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, organization skills & proficiency in Microsoft Office
