Facilities Management Operations and Marketing Manager (Sales)
Summary of Job:
Facilities Management Operations and Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring that all back-office operations and marketing initiatives align with the strategic objectives of FM2 and Lee Company. This role will lead and manage financial processes, including billing, purchase orders, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy. The position requires regular analysis of departmental performance, P&L reporting, and risk mitigation.In addition, this role acts as the primary liaison between FM and the Marketing team, ensuring that all marketing content and deliverables meet business needs and drive growth. The Manager will conduct in-depth market research, oversee digital marketing performance, and support business development through targeted campaigns and competitive analysis. A strong understanding of commercial facilities, digital marketing, and accounting principles is essential.
