Administrative Assistant-Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque (Agriculture)



Overhead Door Company of Albuquerque™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire an Admin Support Representative for our growing team! This person will have the primary role of supporting our sales team. If you like to work in a fast pace environment and adapt easily to handling multiple tasks, please apply!

Job Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to directly impact sales by cultivating new customers and fostering long-term relationships with them.  This individual will provide support with daily activities in the following areas:  

  • Customer Service/Billing
  • Handle internal communication will different sales professionals
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Book sales leads and service calls
  • Manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in the surrounding areas
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Two to four years of administrative, or sales support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer proficient
  • Successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer relation skills and ability to handle different personalities types
  • High sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills
  • Detailed oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
