Consumer Insights Analyst (R&D)
Supports the needs of the business by assisting with the recommendation, design and execution of the appropriate research methods to deliver actionable and strategic consumer insights that drive key opportunities and differentiate Griffith Foods' offerings. Contribute to all insights work to better understand consumer attitudes and behaviors, evaluate trends, uncover unmet needs, identify opportunities for innovation and new product development, and validate new product concepts; translate findings into actionable insights that influence key projects and drive product development.
Support the Marketing Team members in executing both primary and secondary research as needed to deliver compelling insights and support customer presentations. Support the FlavorIQ Trend program with trend identification and recommendations as well as market and consumer insights support and communication material development. Be a role model to the Company Culture by living the Company Values and strive each day to explore, create and develop new food product concepts to support our Customers' brands success in the marketplace while strengthening our communities.
