Driver Coordinator 2nd Shift (Finance)

Starting Rate: $22.05, plus $1.00 for 2 nd shift differential. Earn additional $2-$6/hour beyond the base wage for meeting or exceeding goals with our performance based incentive program!

Work Hours: Evenings 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm base hours, overtime as needed

As our Driver Coordinator, you will:

• Lead drivers and assign work and rotations

• Train new employees and temps to required job tasks for forklift, hoist, and turret
• Check on performance, quality, and safety standards. Coach and retrain in areas of job performance and accuracy as needed

• Lead induct line and plan prioritization

• Discuss production, suggested improvements, and concerns with the Supervisor.
• Drive equipment and pick orders as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and positive outlook shared with others
• Outgoing and welcoming personality
• Prior training or lead experience preferred
• Prior experience with driving equipment in warehouse or similar environment preferred
• Comfortable with heights
