Head Lifeguard - Forrest River Park Pool (Creative Design)

NOW HIRING - Head Lifeguard for the newly renovated Forrest River Park Pool!

    Are you a certified lifeguard with leadership experience and an interest in helping others? Do you love the outdoors and connecting with the community? Interested in meaningful work at a newly renovated facility? Perfect Summer hours 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. Join our experienced, professional, aquatics team and help keep our community safe! 

    As a head lifeguard you are responsible for the day to day safety and security of the  Forrest River Pool and patrons and the community relations. Our head lifeguard will manage, lead and support our staff while ensuring a great experience for all. 

On a regular day you will...

• Explain and enforce safety regulations and rules

• Monitor for any safety hazards, and assist in activities

• Remain rescue ready at all times and implement emergency procedures as needed

• Assess the swimming capabilities of everyone in the aquatics area and ensure individuals are not allowed in areas that place them at undue risk

• Training and shadowing shifts as a regular part of every aquatic team members onboarding and orientation. 

• Ensure safe and compliant pool chemical levels and maintain pool log.

• Must be a minimum of 25 years of age

• Must have 3 plus years of experience 

• Current certifications in Lifeguard, Pro CPR, First Aid and Oxygen.
