Marketing Operations Analyst (Project Management)

Blackboard's Global Demand Center (GDC) is the part of our marketing organization that manages all aspects related to Database & Reporting, Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, and the Websites. The Operations & Programs team is the key part of the GDC that looks after the Marketing Operations, Automation, and Campaign Production. As such, it is looking after the complex processes, technology, and operationalization of programs that will allow Blackboard to drive awareness, demand, and retention across the world. This organization works with Field Marketing and Channel Marketing teams across the world to enable, build, and guide the success of campaigns and their results.
As Marketing Operations Analyst on that team, you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and Programs and help develop and roll out demand generation campaigns and manage the leads from these campaigns via our marketing and sales automation systems. You will help optimize lead qualification, lead scoring, nurturing, and the conversion of leads into sales opportunities. You will work closely with the global Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to help develop, roll out, track, and improve the success of campaigns across the markets for Blackboard.
