We are looking for a motivated and accomplished person who is passionate about building order management system (OMS) products with an emphasis on business processes, design, quality, performance and customer satisfaction. The Product Manager will manage projects that are at the core of OMS, focusing on OMNI capabilities of order management and fulfillment, warehouse management and after-sale customer services.
About the Job
You will partner with e-commerce business leads to understand our needs and to ensure system requirements are met. This role is cross-functional . You will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams to deliver products, develop business opportunities, and enhance our existing products and features.
