Purpose:
MTD Products Inc has recently developed a comprehensive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to further align demand and supply across MTD's global footprint. We are seeking an Integrated Business Planning Manager to help implement the process and to coordinate the IBP monthly activities for our international SBU's (strategic business units), generate key reports, and co-chair IBP meetings. This role will ensure IBP continuously improves and aligns with industry best practices, while driving continuity throughout the entire organization. This role will enable MTD to deliver best-in-class customer service to our internal and external customers.
Essential Duties:
•Work with our international SBU's to implement the designed IBP process and ensure smooth execution by all responsible parties.
•Work closely with the Director of WPD Customer Supply Chain and IBP to co-chair the Integrated Business Review and Executive Update meetings. Lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability throughout the process.
•Drive continuous improvements throughout the IBP process and identify best practices that can be leveraged across all SBU's.
•Maintain all documentation about the IBP process. This would include updating documentation as the process continues to evolve.
•Create, maintain, and distribute reports and presentations related to the IBP process.
•Monitor the performance of the IBP process through KPI collection and recommend improvement opportunities based on that data.
•As the process matures, streamline those processes using automated data feeds and data analysis tools.
•Communicate progress and identify any roadblocks through the IBP cadence to key leaders and stakeholders.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
•Strong communication and project management skills.
•A successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, along with demonstrating the ability to present in front of large groups and global leadership.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
•Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
•Power BI experience preferred
Experience/Educational Requirements:
•5+ years' experience within an S&OP/IBP setting. IBP implementation experience is a plus, but this can be substituted for other implementation projects.
•Degree/s in Supply Chain or applicable experience.
