Team Leader II - Sales Customer & Acquisition & Retention (Healthcare)
Responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising assigned departments(s)/area(s) to ensure an efficient and cost effective area of responsibility in accordance with established corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
" Qualifications"
Department Summary / Preferences:
Experience leading and working with various types of sales teams preferred.
Knowledge of CMS and DIFs guidelines/regulations related to first tier downstream initiatives, marketing, sales, and enrollment as well as benefits/eligibility.
Basic Medicare and ACA product knowledge Currently Medicare certified.
Knowledge and experience in Individual Medicare and Individual Family Plans retail sales.
Experience working with Salesforce Agent Community.
Experience working with external partners such as licensed agents and vendors.
Knowledge of call center operations.
Proficiency with existing systems and software packages including but not limited to; IKA, FACETS, ABOB, Verint, Salesforce Clouds and Q2E platform, Agent Secured Services/Agent Portal, MiSource, Pinpoint and Destination RX
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time both within and outside of Michigan.
Individual Business Unit experience preferred.
