Our one-stop-shop mailing services help our client's simplify the process of preparing, printing and mailing communications, leveraging economies of scale and deep postal discounts without sacrificing quality or speed.
We produce and mail 535 million pieces annually using seamless programs that handle the printing, mailing of promotions, acknowledgements, bills, renewals and more.
This is a working lead position. The lead is responsible for keeping department efficient by ensuring work flows through department are accurate and timely as well as work on the line operating as needed. Monitors adherence to department standards and procedures.
Starting Base Wage is $12.50 p/h (10% shift pay for 2nd and 3rd shift or $13.75 p/h)
Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
• Organizes, prioritizes, assigns and distributes work to employees and/or equipment based on department requirements.
• Assists with supervisory responsibilities in absence of Supervisor/Manager.
• Provides training and guidance to employees on essential functions, procedures and reference materials.
• Prepares, maintains and monitors data and reports, e.g., attendance, job schedules and production statistics.
• Performs production work following department standards and procedures.
• Interacts in cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and/or clients, in team environment.
• Ability to convey clear information to others, using verbal, written, or other appropriate communication techniques.
The above duties may be performed anywhere from 0-100% of the workday. Employee needs to be able to work in designated department/area and participate, if applicable, in CDS Global's ergonomic stretching/strengthening exercise program.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
(Continuous = 67-100% of workday, Frequent = 34-66% of workday, Occasional = 6-33% of workday, Rare = 1-5% of workday)
Working conditions will vary from area/department to area/department. Hours are dependent on department requirements.

Elbow Flexion, Gripping/Grasping, Lower Arm Rotation, Lifting/Carrying (25-50 lbs.), Pinching, Pulling/Pushing (25-50 lbs.), Reaching Below the Waist, Reaching Between Shoulder and Waist, Rubber Banding, Standing, Visual Acuity of 20/40 or better up to 20” w/or w/o correction, Walking, Wrist Flexion, Wrist Extension.
Ankle Extension, Bending, Driving vehicles, Reaching Above the Shoulder, Squatting, Visual Acuity of 20/40 or better, required for operating vehicles.
