Quality Manager (Biotech)

This position supports the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in providing companywide Quality Management initiatives. The position develops and manages company processes and quality programs, and manages and executes special projects as directed by the COO. Some client facing project support may be required.

This job operates in Geocent offices, which are professional office environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This is a largely sedentary role. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel to other Geocent offices across the country is sometimes required.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of years 5 years of work experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management programs is required. Without a degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience is required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Relevant training certifications in quality management programs desired. Direct experience in leading or directly supporting external quality audits also desired.
