From marketing the sale of single assets and portfolios to structuring complex debt solutions to providing life-of-loan servicing and asset management, we offer comprehensive services tailored to our clients' unique needs. The Investment Sales team is recognized nationwide for its expertise, providing asset-specific customization that yields highly effective transaction strategies. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a Commercial Multifamily Real Estate background. The project manager will be the critical link between the business lines and technology teams and will be responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives in line with the goals and commitments of the organization. The project manager will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement operational and transactional focused continuous process improvements. Assigned initiatives will cross multiple business lines throughout the organization.
The position is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA.
