Human Resources Consultant (Education)
Position Summary
Employers Council is seeking a Human Resources (“HR”) Consultant to join our team. We partner with employers to grow exceptional, dynamic workplaces by offering a comprehensive set of services.
The ideal HR Consultant brings practical, solutions-driven counseling expertise with a strong client-service-oriented approach. This includes managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity in Human Resources practices, processes & procedures, and applying sound judgment. The HR Consultant should demonstrate a solid understanding of key Human Resources disciplines and best practices, including, but not limited to, benefits, total rewards, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compensation planning, HR policy, employee handbook reviews, organizational development, performance management and termination review and procedures.
