This position will work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. The Food Service Supervisor will direct and coordinate the overall operations of the Nutrition Services Department in accordance with current regulatory guidelines for hospitals, cafeterias, and long term care facilities. Duties will include, but not limited to, supervising dietary staff, scheduling, preparing and maintaining accurate records for interdepartmental billing and catering. Responsible for cash reconciliation and cash register maintenance. Will assist staff in food preparation and serving as necessary. Must possess valid driver's license and own vehicle to be able to travel to and from catering events, grocery trips, etc.
