Administrative Support (Administrative)
DH Pace Company, Inc. has a great opportunity for a detail oriented and organized individual in our Tempe, Arizona office. Our Administrative Support role will provide support in a variety of areas including: orientation/onboarding of new employees, customer service, billing, credit, A/P, audit and payroll.

Job Responsibilities:
Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) to four (4) years administrative office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Computer proficient
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills with high sense of urgency and exceptional problem solving skills
