Client Site Manager - Manpower Engineering (Finance)
Making an Impact
• Drive top line growth within a client/portfolio of assigned clients
• Seek opportunities to expand service offering, fostering an environment of client satisfaction, organizational understanding, excellence in execution and profitable growth within assigned client accounts
• Provides accurate account information, strategic and consultative insight & direction to resolve challenges, establish processes
• Manage and drive service level agreement requirements (SLA's / KPI's) and other determined criteria
• Drive consultant satisfaction and success through oversight and influence of a robust attraction and management strategy
• Manage and address consultant concerns and needs
• Ensure a strong talent pipeline and contribute to sourcing/recruiting efforts that effectively meet client demands
Industry Expertise• Represent Manpower Engineering as a workforce optimization expert
• Maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by consistently sharing workforce solutions expertise and dialogue through various platforms
• Understand and educate client contacts on market insights, proactively identifying opportunities and offering solutions that meet clients' unique needs
Gaining Exposure
• Single point of contact that resolves client issues and supports strategic planning
• Assess client's workforce pain points and areas of opportunity, and communicates how ManpowerGroup can assist them, setting the stage for growth within the client
• Work directly with Client to forecast upcoming labor needs and gather immediate labor needs
• Approach client in consultative, results-driven way to lead to the growth of our partnerships
Your Typical Day
• Client meetings
• Prepare and deliver Business Reviews
• Directly resolve client and/or field operational issues
• Engage with the internal stakeholders (delivery/recruiting, others) to partner and ensure client delivery needs are being met
• Collaborate on recruiting efforts as needed
• 25% travel required (as needed based on portfolio mix)

Qualifications:
Required
• Industry: 3+ years in staffing, and/or sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Vertical knowledge: Previous experience in Engineering
• Onsite management: Experience managing onsite programs in staffing/workforce solutions industry
