Impact: Be part of the new global function and capability within the organization by partnering with the regional and local analytics teams, as well as the global insights leadership team, tasked with improving and delivering global understanding drivers of growth and enable the delivery of short to long-term growth and profit objectives. This means a thorough understanding of performance data globally across the various markets (financials, shares, category and segment dynamics) and the drivers of performance
Process Improvement: Deliver improved capabilities, scale, and impact by establishing robust data analytics processes, and ways of working with cross-functional leaders. Developing analytics tools and capabilities that enable performance transparency and coordination, while improving functionality and usability for the organization.
Strategy Development: Drive a variety of high-impact, high-profile strategic projects to deliver our global growth aspirations via translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to rally the organization.
Stakeholder Management: Positioned to influence and interact closely with global business functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Solutions, Finance, Supply Chain, IT) providing clear visibility to how broader groups access and utilize market data & insights to deliver business and cross-functional goals.
Supplier Management: Tasked to drive strong relationships with DATA PROVIDERS (for example but not limited to Nielsen/ IRI (Australia), IWSR, Kantar, Euromonitor and other global providers, On-Prem data sources) to maximize return on investment of the data acquisition, ROI measured on the basis of HIGH QUALITY DATA and operational support models that deliver strong value add thought leadership to benefit Beam Suntory
