The position's primary role and responsibilities include all aspects of Portfolio management of Community & Business Banking portfolio loans, along with assistance in the development of new relationships and/or expansion of existing relationships. The existing loan portfolio consists of all types of community loans including lines of credit, term notes, and business mortgages.
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for supporting the credit function, risk administration function and from time to time the sales function. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing and testing all business and personal financial data collected for the purpose of monitoring the loan portfolio, issuing, extending, amending, reviewing, monitoring and testing of business credit facility. Including liaise between all parties to ensure timely and efficient tracking and analysis that meets the expectations of the Borrowers, Lenders, and Administration Team.
