Life Enrichment Director (Finance)
Must be 21 years of age.
A commercial driver's license is required for this position; a CDL must be obtained within 60 days of your hire.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes activities-related evaluations on new residents including Activities Evaluation and Social/Spiritual Data.
Coordinates efforts of Ambassadors Club (for welcoming new residents), resident council meetings, and resident food council meetings.
Consults residents on a regular basis, both individually and in resident group meetings (e.g., monthly resident council meeting), to ascertain activity preferences and to assure resident needs are addressed through activities.
Plans and implements activities of sufficient variety and frequency, including as necessary to fulfill any state regulations, with activity categories to include but not be limited to physical, intellectual, creative, recreational, social, and spiritual.
Prepares and distributes monthly activities calendar.
Informs residents of daily activities using announcement board.
Invites residents to activities; assures they are reminded of and escorted to activities as necessary.
Leads activities as necessary, including fitness and exercise classes.
Assists with proper use of fitness equipment; promptly reports any apparent problems with fitness equipment to Manager or Supervisor.
Instructs other staff members to effectively lead activities.
Assures that activities are offered as scheduled or, if cancelled, that appropriate alternatives are offered.
Facilitates socialization among residents.
Plans, coordinates, and assists with decoration of community routinely as well as for special events, holidays, and seasons, including all bulletin boards.
Assures Activity Room and any activity supply storage areas are clean and organized, including assuring that any food stored in Activity Room kitchen is stored in safe, sanitary manner.
Recruits volunteers to meet Community needs.
Generate social media content and maintenance of community Facebook page
Instructs and supervises volunteers.
Plans and implements Community volunteer recognition program.
Facilitates Community volunteerism among residents (e.g., Community service projects).
Plans and implements Community bus or other vehicles schedule in conjunction with other staff.
Maintains community sponsorship/partnerships with local businesses to support and enhance the activity programs
Orders activities supplies and arranges activities services, adhering to activities department budget.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
OTHER JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all work assigned for the agreed-upon salary, accepting no additional payment or non-perishable gifts from residents, vendors, Community Management, or others.
Meet the assigned work requirements of the job. Regular attendance is required.

Represent the community in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
