IT Service Management (Information Technology)
We are looking for IT Service Management for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Responsibilities:
IT Service management with 7 to 10 years of experience
Good knowledge of ITIL frame work Incident Change problem and release management
Successful service delivery SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction
Monitoring overall performance of services
Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared
Building service reports Verbal communication skills good team player and highly motivated self starter
Able to understand and deliver services which are provided on a 24x7x365 basis
Foundation or Intermediate ITIL certificate
Working Mulitiple IT teams to coordinate for project timelines
Good in Documentation skills and Project plan preparation
Experince in infra projects RDBMS and cloud
