Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about technology, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our business. The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads, supporting outbound campaigns, and building strategic lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Routing:
Evaluate inbound leads for fit and readiness, and route qualified leads to appropriate sales teams.
Outbound Prospecting:
Execute outbound campaigns to generate interest and uncover new opportunities.
List-building for Campaigns & ABM:
Build and maintain targeted contact lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Barbour ABI, and Dodge Data & Analytics.
Sales Cadence Setup:
Create and manage email cadences using sales engagement platforms to nurture prospects.
CRM & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategy.
