Field Coordinator (Finance)
Actively stay involved with key customer account and provide accurate updates of customers
Manage the growth and retention of assigned accounts
Provide updates on current work orders, scheduling of technicians, parts on order, or any potential delays in completion
Submit work order quotes and follow up with appropriate approvals and questions
Follow-up on current customer jobs to make sure they are completed to the customer's satisfaction
Identify cost savings opportunities for customers by analyzing type and frequency of work orders
Provide training to customers regional operators including regular office visits and site visits
Work in partnership with customers and facilities team to ensure standards are successfully applied and executed through design partners across multiple building formats
Actively manage warranty process and seek energy saving opportunities for the customers
Develop and maintain working relationship with internal and external resources
Handle all escalated calls and research the problem to determine what issues may be affecting the customer
Conduct monthly audits of quotes and invoices to ensure they follow the customer's requirements
Generate weekly reports on old calls, current calls, and pending customer approvals
Generate various monthly customer reports
Work in conjunction with the Rogers Electric Support Center, Dispatchers and Service Managers on a daily basis to help support customers
Work with the Accounting Department on any billing issues and ensure that customers are invoiced in a timely manner
What we're looking for:
10+ years of commercial electrical experience, preferably a combination of service and new construction
Experienced in data and low voltage work
High level of understanding of generator and transfer switch service and installation
Experience in UPS theory and installation
Experience running larger projects
Experience with Energy Management Systems and controls service and installation
High level of understanding of underground line locating and testing
Demonstrated crew leadership and safety culture skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit and analyze data
Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations
Ability to create, navigate, search and update Rogers Electric's systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices, emails, etc.)
Ability to use office equipment (i.e., fax, phone, scanner, copier, mail)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Frequent travel required
