Install Manager (Telecommunications)

Material and Equipment Management:
Procure, inspect, and manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for installations. Ensure the availability of all necessary resources to complete projects on schedule.

Implement quality control procedures to ensure that installations meet company standards and client expectations.
Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the installation process.
Budget & Cost Management:
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working to control costs and maximize profitability. Provide accurate cost estimates for projects and prepare change orders as needed.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation projects.
Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all installation adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Keep up to date with changes in regulations and industry best practices.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve installation issues, delays, and obstacles promptly and efficiently.
Implement corrective actions and process improvements as needed.
Reporting:
Generate project progress reports, including milestones achieved, issues encountered, and budget status.
Provide regular update to General Manager and leadership team.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project -related documents, such as contracts, permits, and warranties.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation to clients and management.
Qualifications:
5-6 years of previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the construction industry.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in tile or countertop installation with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Excellent project management and organization charts.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft application including Word, Excell, Outlook, and/or relevant software and tools for project management and documentation.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Able to climb ladders and work at height.
Ability to lift 50lbs + regularly.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
