As theTalent Acquisition Lead, you will develop and execute full cycle selection, recruitment and hiring plans to attract team members and community partnerships fundamental to driving our 25% year-over-year growth. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies that attract the talent that is driven to achieve Hoffmann Brothers purpose to Improve Life in Every Home with both office and field professionals, industry, and community leaders across our footprint.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively source strong candidates for opportunities across Hoffmann Brothers to include Shared Services, Operations and Field professional roles at all levels.Perform full-cycle recruitment support, from developing job postings and search strategies based on strategic needs, reviewing applicants, screening and evaluating candidates, and supporting the final selection process. Partner with hiring managers to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and compensation hiring strategies.Develop short and long-term talent pipelines by fostering relationships with trade schools, adjacent industries, and non-profit partners.Help design and develop strategies to help us find the best talent subject matter expert on key trends in recruitment and retention.Provides training and ongoing support of new hires. Assists with the development, training, and team adoption of recruitment tools and technologies.Provide input and act on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.Own the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and any other TA-related KPI and reporting.In partnership with Marketing, develop strategies to engage with potential candidates on career website and key recruitment social media accounts as well as respond to all company reviews.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience with an ATS is required; Kronos experience is a plus.Self-driven, creative problem solver.Relationship builder with peers and superiors.Ability to source best practices or solve large hurdles in new and creative ways.Comfort in fast pace, dynamic environment.Ability to collaborate with the entire organization.Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and planning skills.Professional in all situations and with all personality types.4-7+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting, staffing agency, or talent acquisition function.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
To adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, fingers, handle controls, hear, and talk. Individuals may need to sit at a desk or table for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employees in an office environment may be required to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds depending on the position.
