As member of a team and in direct support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) National Capital Region (NCR) Director of Information Management (DOIM), provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. Troubleshoots end user incidents with DoD Windows 10 Secure Host Baseline (SHB) machines. Requires SECRET clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security + (Continuing Education (CE) option required). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AA/AS, 5+ years experience
