IFP Sales Effectiveness Program Manager, Lead Analyst- Work From Home Opportunity (Finance)
The Cigna Individual and Family Plans Sales Effectiveness team is looking for a Program Manager Lead Analyst to drive, implement and champion Cigna's IFP Employee Engagement Committee (EEC) and Culture of Change throughout Cigna's Individual and Family Plans. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and energetic leader will join the Sales Effectiveness team to not only create and drive the EEC strategy, but deliver engagement results. This individual will be responsible for building programs and processes that infuse a positive and engaging culture across the business. This person must possess a can do attitude. The ideal candidate would refer to themselves as a "change manager" - that is your brand!

This role requires 15%-20% of travel. You will need to be fully vaccinated in order to travel & meet the requirements for this position
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $69,500 - $115,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
