Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing of resin and ceramic slurry
Maintain inventories of all raw materials, manufacturing specific consumables and perishable products
Perform ceramic core manufacturing processes in accordance with AS9100 requirements
Read, comprehend, and adhere to work instructions and procedures with emphasis on quality
Work to production schedules in support of fulfilling demand
Work directly and cooperatively with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure emphasis on quality
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedure, rules and regulations
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
QUALITIES/SKILLS
High school, GED, or Associate degree; experience in production environments preferred
Experience with hazardous materials and 3D printing preferred
Experience with quality inspection preferred
Experience with Oracle and/or other ERP system preferred
Ability to engage closely with engineers to develop and execute experiments
Attention to detail
Flexibility regarding schedule for potential staggered shifts to meet production demand
Affinity for a fast-paced environment with changing directives and moderate levels of ambiguity
Written and spoken fluency in English required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for long periods
Use of hands to handle, feel and reach
Ability to handle, adjust and transport fragile manufactured parts
Regular movement across a ~6,000 sf production floor
Ability to lift 50lbs with 2 hands
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl
Demonstration of good sight and hearing
