Job Description
Join the SVB Wine Division, assuming a critical cross-functional role that serves as an operational bridge between the Division's management, Credit Officers, the loan teams, the Division's winery clients, and specific internal SVB processing teams. Working in a hybrid (in office and at home environment) you will operate independently to develop your daily priority list in concert with your manager's input. You will support key Division initiatives, assist onboarding new winery client transactions, and become a subject matter expert for Microsoft 360 CRM data management helping the Division's sales initiatives.
This is a process and project-oriented role that requires a high-level of native organizational aptitude, self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders with whom you interact, the willingness to suggest and implement process improvements, and the inclination to adapt in a fast-paced inclusive wine business environment. Prior banking experience is required. A university degree is NOT a requirement for this role. Some appreciation of wine as a product is a bonus.
The individual must exhibit strong collaboration skills and be receptive to constructive feedback to help ensure there is alignment and a clear understanding of priorities, timelines, and other related dependencies and needs across the teams they support.
