You'll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to us:

• Have earned a degree in engineering or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of proven experience in injection molds & molding solutions
• Experience in the qualification of complex, tight tolerance injection molds
• Knowledge of statistical methods (6 Sigma, SPC, DoE)
• Passion for working front-line with customers
• Naturally inclusive with your colleagues when formulating solutions
